How much money can I earn?

It's up to you! There are some that earn $4000 a week. Of course, as a new reader you won't have the same number of steady, repeat customers as those that have been on the system for years. You really have unlimited earning potential! Click here to apply

How do I get paid for the money I earn?

You will be paid every two weeks. The first payment period is from the 1st of the month through the 15th of each month. The second pay period is from the 16th of the month through the last day of each month. You can request Direct Deposit or check.

How does the bonus work?

You get paid for every minute you are on the phone or chat online with a customer. There are bonus incentives for speaking with repeat customers and the number of minutes you are actively working with customers each pay period.

How can I get more calls and customers?

We have hundreds of new customers joining every day. You will get listings in the categories you sign up for. You will receive higher listings based on a variety of criteria, including:

Can I change or add to my listings?

You can add, modify or change any of your listing information online. You can record your 30 second greeting when you call into our system. You can also modify, create or change your 30 second greeting. You can create up to 5 listings, one for each category. We recommend having a listing in the following popular areas: Love & Relationships, Tarot, and Money & Finance. After you review and are satisfied with your listing, click the "Submit for Approval" button and your listing(s) will be saved. You can copy your experience and background information for each listing, or write different background and experience for each of your listings. We recommend that you at least change your Sales Pitch for each category you are listed in. When you create, add, modify or change your listings, your manager will approve them and they will be posted to the Circle of Stars website.

Can I change my listing or availability status if I do not have access to a computer?

Yes. You can change your availability status by calling a special 800 number. If you do not have access to a computer your manager can post and upload your photo and listing for you.

Is it safe to fill out your application over the internet?

Yes, all information is secured 24/7 by GeoTrust.

Can bad customer feedback be removed?

Any removal will be at your manager's discretion.

What if I've been logged on and I am not receiving any calls or chat requests?

The number of calls you receive is dependent upon how many customers are on the phone or chat in relationship to the number of psychics available. There will always be busy periods and occasional slow periods. If a customer has selected your extension and you are available, you will receive calls. Also, if you are giving good readings you will get more calls. Do not worry. We recommend that you login as often as possible. This will ensure the greatest number of calls and/or chat sessions.
